Due to COVID-19, we do not accept opened items as returns. For sanitation reasons and for the protection of our employees, lab and clients. Unless, there is a problem with your product that is from our end, we will then process a return and send a replacement immediately. **Returned items can only be accepted within 14 days of the original shipment date.
